Birthday Party

Some Pics of the Birthday weekend. I'm still waiting for my friend Valerie to get back to me with her disk. I hope to see her soon so I can get some more photos. I kick myself for not taking any video of the big day.. Too much running around, I would do things a little differently next time.. oh well , she turned one and we all had a good time. So glad Keala is part of the family!

Here is a few old cars that were having a show downtown this weekend. The main show was Saturday and we saw these guys on Sunday. I thought Dad would appreciate these shots :)

Love Those feeding faces.. She tries to feed me her food, I think it is so cute. We are trying to switch her to cows milk now so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully she is ready since Formula is kinda pricey $$.

We are enjoying our weather lately, and today the tradewinds are back, so it's nice to be outside. I've been taking Keala in the pack on the 50 dirtbike, but today was Dad's first time. We had to document it, and her first air too! She was a bit scared I think at first, but she loved it! I can't wait to teach her to ride the 50 in a couple years!

Beach Days.. It's been so hot and humid here the last few days that we have been hitting the beach a lot. We met up with Sid's sister Alessa and her boys, Nokea and Makana at Ho'okipa yesterday. Valerie, Liam and Sky joined us too. It was great to have all the kids play together, and the water was exactly what we needed on these hot days. We might hit the beach again tonight though for sunset , when it's not so blazing out.

Here we are at the beach on Sunday. Such a great day and a lovely beach. South Maui has the finest sand and the warmest, clear water. Sun protection is a must though, the sun can get pretty brutal mid day. Keala isn't a fan of her beach hat, I think it's like a UFO on her head, but it does the job. I did stop and get her a new hat and suit yesterday on the way home, a girl can't have enough things to wear to the beach, living in Hawaii.

Well we do enjoy our outside time in the buff.. such a free feeling y'know??

Picnic in the Park with Liam. We have this great park in Kahului that has toddler size equipment. It's blazing hot after eleven a.m. though so you gotta go early. We have to go back soon, especially since Keala is walking better now. I have more pics to post, but the camera is in the sleeping babies room so we'll have to do it later.
