LEIGH DRAKE

Well thanks to my super creative cousins, I am now trying this Blog thing. It is a great idea for my family and friends to see what we're up to over here on the islands. We are thrilled on the birth of Keala Leilani Damon. Born October 17th, 2008. She is the sweetest thing, and we are excited to have her join the family. Before Keala came along, Sid, my fiance and his son Kaipo and I played at the beach as much as possible. Surfing, diving, boogieboarding, frisbee, swimming, floating, digging in the sand, chasing crabs. I feel so blessed to be able to raise our baby on the sands of Maui and teach her about the ocean and the history of Hawaii. I think she is the luckiest baby too since she can go to Grandma and Grandpa's in Wyoming and see her cousins and Uncle Chris and Aunt Janelle and play on the farm. We are loving our life so far and are hoping family comes to visit us SOON! I will try to keep this updated with pictures and videos of us for ya'll to enjoy. Thanks to Jamaica, for lending your ear to my mothering questions and the help with the blog.
