Well here is some proof that I am out there surfing! I still suck, but it is still fun, so I will keep doing it! It is by far the hardest sport I've attempted, but the most fun I've had, and learning to surf here in Hawaii is really something else. The water has been really warm and all the rainbows in the mountains when your in the ocean, make for beautiful scenery..

I did get Sid an underwater camera, we have to take it out to get some close up action shots!

The beautiful sunset from our deck a couple weeks ago. Summertime sunsets are simply amazing. I am hoping to get a new camera soon and possibly win some contests with some shots I get. They are breathetaking around here....




Keala and mommy got to get away for the Memorial weekend to spend some time with Uncle Mike and family. Michael's birthday was May 31st so it was a great time to visit. Keala mastered the stairs while we were there and you can see there were a lot to practice on...

Quite the little artist.. I think we are going to have to get one of these magna doodle things... save my walls from crayon damage.

The weather was absolutly beautiful the days I was there. We made it to the beach two days and had quality time hanging out. This is Ko'olina lagoons about 15 minutes from Mikes house. I told Lauren she was so lucky to live that close to these pools. And on the way here we passed Wet n Wild water park, which is 10 minutes from Mikes house!! I say they did good house hunting!

This past weekend was Makana's 6th Birthday party and Easter too.. It was a fun weekend, looking forward to some relaxing at the beach this week.. if the wind and rain ever stops!

We celebrated our friend Liam's 2nd Birthday up in Kula the end of March. There a few pics of that party in this mix too. The Easter egg hunt was at our friend Carries this year. It was fun and will be more fun in the future when Keala might have more of a clue. Carrie has a 3 yr old boy and a 6 month old girl. Seeing her baby made me realized Keala was that big one year ago.. so I had to post this video of her last year!! SHe was such a cute baby!
